Tip #1 : Make sure your frying pan is hot enough before you add mushrooms. This is to achieve a deep sear with plenty of flavor
Tip #2 : Keep the mushrooms spread out in a single layer without crowding the entire pan.
Tip #3 : Add a pinch of salt to help draw out the moisture of the mushrooms and don’t touch them until they achieve a rich brown color on the edges
Tip #4 : If you overcook the mushrooms by accident, it is better than undercooking them
