Persimmons Salad Tips

Tip #1 : The cleanest way to open the persimmon is to open them in a bowl of water. Submerge them and then the white pith will float and you won’t have any stains to worry about

Tip #2 : This salad can be saved for up to 4 days. If you are planning to make this salad ahead of time, add the pepitas and almonds just before serving. The salad will taste crispier

Tip #3 : If Stevia is not your favorite, try adding two extra dates that will result in a sweeter taste
