Tip #1 : Keep the toppings diced very small. By keeping them small, this helps to ensure that they have attached themselves to the wedge of lettuce so they don’t fall off
Tip # 2 : Clean the lettuce after cutting the lettuce into wedges. This gives you the opportunity to clean between the all the layers of leaves. It’s a good idea to do this early to allow time for drying. Wash the quarters carefully to allow water to run in between the leaves
Tip #3 Tomatoes. Use cherry or grape tomatoes quartered or halved for easy tomato flavor
Tip #4 : Remove the outer leaves. But doing that, it becomes easier to eat
Tip #5 : Lettuce, You can cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges however leave the stem on. This will keep leaves intact better. To make the iceberg wedges, cut the iceberg lettuce in half, scoop out the very bottom of the stem and then slice each half into three new wedges
