Tip #1 : Keep the ingredients chilled until you put it together. The colder the ingredients, the fresher the salad tastes
Tip #2 :Washing the spinach. If you buy washed spinach, wash it again. Bathing the green, fill the salad spinner bowl water that is cold. Place the trimmed spinach leaves in the basket, into the water. Soak with your hands for 5 minutes. Lift the basket, empty the water and return basket into the bowl. Drying the spinach is required, this removes excess water and allows vinaigrette to stick to the leaves
Tip #3 : Make sure you cook your bacon until crisp
Tip #4 : Lift the bacon out of the pan leaving the drippings from the bacon in the pan. Finally shut the pan off
Tip #5 : When bacon is cooled. crumble it into small pieces
