Cabbage, onions, carrots, oregano and sometimes, lime juice

Curtido can be served with tacos, enchiladas, bratwurst, soups, and burritos. But Curtido is often served with pupasas which is a bread that looks like naan bread.

Is Curtido the same as Kimchi?

Curtido is sour like Kimchi but not as spicy

Where does Curtido come from?

Curtido comes from Mexico

Does Curtido go bad?

If you put Curtido in the refrigerator and put the lid on it, Curtido can last months. It doesn’t go bad but the food can soften over time
